artists’ mail addresses available in the ART IN THE MIND publication as part of their original works are collected and a copy of each original work is sent back to the corresponding address considering that the works failed to address the public except for those who had access to the 300 printed copies. lawrence wiener’s work “OBSTRUCTED”, which is labeled as “collection – Public Freehold”, is the only work in the ART IN THE MIND publication dedicated to the public domain by the author . this work of free culture is not sent back to the author’s address and digital reproductions in various free/libre file formats are made available.
